Condiôn - delicious potato salad with anchovies, olives, and tomato is a perfect snack before having lunch. Learn how to prepare the ? Ligurian ? salad!
2 boiled eggs,
100g green olives in brine,
a few leaves of basil
Dice the onion, tomatoes and pepper and place in a salad bowl. Core the Olives, dice the anchovies, quarter the eggs and also place in the bowl. Add salt, oil and vinegar and mix.
Garnish with basil and serve as a starter.
