Description:
Salsa di Pinoli is a Ligurian specialty. A tasty sauce from pine nuts nicely fits with pasta, meat and fish dishes.

Main ingredients:
50g pine nuts,
 
50g breadcrumbs,
 
½ glass olive oil,
 
vinegar,
 
salt
Preparation:
Soak the breadcrumbs in vinegar, squeeze out and mix together with the pine nuts in a mortar until a smooth consistency is achieved. Add salt and vinegar to taste. Add oil, one bit a time, while stirring continuously.
