History
The small mountain village of Latte is located on the French border in Liguria.. Latte is a district of Ventimiglia. The village was inhabited from very early on and was integrated into the Ventimiglia municipality in the 12th century. .

Latte belongs to the Ventimiglia municipality and is a locality in Imperia province which lies in the Liguria region. In the vicinity of Latte are several other villages like: Grimaldi (4.1 km), Sealza (2.6 km) and Calandri (4.2 km). From Genoa take the Ventimiglia highway exit and follow the SS1 up to Latte.
