History
Torre Paponi is a village in the San Lorenzo del Mare municipality which lies in Imperia province. In the early Middle Ages Torre Paponi was integrated into the Imperia province and then became part of the San Lorenzo del Mare municipality.

Torre Paponi belongs to the San Lorenzo al Mare municiplaity and is a village in Imperia province which lies in the Liguria region. Near Torre Paponi are several other villages like: Pietrabruna (4.6 km), Civezza (9.4 km) and Boscomare (4.6km). From Genoa take the Imperia Ovest highway exit and follow the SS1. Change onto the Via Pietrabruna SP45 up to Torre Paponi.
