Thank you for your interest in our online presence. We are very concerned about the protection of your personal data. We of course follow the legal regulations of the Data Protection Act (BDSG) of the Tele-Media Law (TMG) and other legal data protection regulations.

Details like name, postal address, email address or phone number, if necessary even use-based data like your IP-address, are examples of this type of data. 

Scope of data collection and storage 

In general you are not required to give personal information when using our internet page. In order to protect our offer from abuse, the IP-address of your computer can be stored. However, we may need your personal information so that we can actually render our services. This applies when replying to individual inquiries, for obligatory bookings and for completion of contracts.
If you send us an inquiry or booking, we only store your personal data, in principle, for as far as this is necessary for the execution of the contract. Furthermore, we also keep the stored data after implementation of the contract until this right is revoked. When you send us an inquiry or booking, we collect and save your personal information in principle only in as far as it is necessary for the provision of service or the implementation of the contract.
If you have applied for our newsletter with your email address, we shall use your email address even after the execution of the contract for advertising purposes until you cancel your subscription of the newsletter. 

Data use for a specific purpose 

We adhere to the principle of using data for a specific purpose and we collect, process and store your personal information only for purposes for which you have sent it to us, as well as for administrative purposes and for in-house analyses. The passing on of your personal information to third parties does not take place without your express consent, provided that this is not necessary for the provision of service or for the implementation of the contract. For instance, your complete name and in some cases even some other personal details are transmitted to the landlord when you sign the contract. The passing on of your information to state institutions and authorities authorized to gather information also takes place only within the context of the legal obligations of information gathering or if we are obligated by a court decision to provide information. 

We also take the in-house protection of data privacy very seriously. We have also obliged our employees and the service providers engaged by us to observe the oath of secrecy and to comply with the legal provisions of data protection.
We never ask personal information such as passwords, credit card information and account access by e-mail. In case you should receive such e-mail, it is very likely to be a phishing attempt. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of such e-mail by phone.

Use of cookies 

To make it possible for you to use our web site easily, we use so-called cookies. These are little files with information about your use of the web site which are stored on your computer. In that way, it is possible for the web site to recognize your computer again. Data collection through the use of Google-AdWords

On our website, we employ the Google AdWords conversion tracking tool that is operated by Google Inc. („Google“), USA. 

Cookies may be used for the conversion tracking of Google AdWords, which serve to recognize a user, who has clicked on an Google AdWords ad, when he visits a site containing the conversion tracking code. The data collected with these cookies allows Google AdWords customers to receive statistical information on the conversion rate in aggregated form, however, no individual information that may identify user is released. Cookies have a life span of 30 days. If a user does not wish to allow Google AdWords conversion cookies, he can simply deactivate them via his browser settings. This user will then no longer be included in the statistics.
