Description
Tucked away on the edge of Oneglia (a city district of Imperia) lies Casa Borgo d Oneglia. The comfortably furnished split-level apartment sleeps up to five people. It comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette in the living room with a bed-sofa. The terrace offers panoramic views; Imperia itself has a beautiful sandy beach, (Porto Maurizio), many shopping possibilities, delectable restaurants and the Carli olive oil museum. The market in Oneglia, every Wednesday and Saturday morning, offers everything from fresh fish and vegetabes to clothing and jewellery. This is an ideal place to relax and to combine culture and city life.

Imperia is the fourth largest town in Liguria. It became a municipality in 1923 as a consequence of the union of Oneglia and Porto Maurizio, two towns on the Western Riviera divided by the mouth of the River Impero. The two nuclei remain distinct despite the administrative merger and extensive property development. Porto Maurizio was an ally of Genoa from the thirteenth century onwards, while Oneglia, the natural sea outlet of the Impero Valley, was allied with the House of Savoy from 1576. Oneglia's origins as a town date back to mediaeval times. Worth visiting are Palazzo Doria (now completely transformed), which was the birthplace of Andrea Doria, and the church of San Giovanni Battista. Porto Maurizio, which stands on a promontory, began to develop after 1000 AD: the oldest district is called Parasio. The cathedral and the historic buildings are well worth visiting.

Für die schnelle Abwicklung (zwei Tage zwischen aussuchen, buchen und anreisen) möchten wir uns nochmals bedanken. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir konnten uns gut erholen.

Alles wunderbar und in ausreichender Stückzahl vorhanden (Möblierung). Unbedingt ist ein Besuch der Ortschaft Mendatica zu empfehlen. Dort sind schöne Wasserfälle sowie die dortige Flora und Fauna zu bestaunen (Wanderausrüstung). Desweiteren sollte die Ortschaft Triora besichtigt werden, da dort im Mittelalter Hexenverbrennungen statt fanden. Schon die Anfahrt dorthin in die dortigen Berge kann mit vollen Zügen genossen werden. Von einem Besuch des Fürstentums Monaco muss ich leider aufgrund abraten. Sehr gute, landestypischen Speiesen erhält man im alten Industriehafenbereich von Imperia. Die Strände (Sand) von Diano Marino sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert und kostenlos. Zudem können dort an der Promenade kleine Speisen, Eis und Getränge erworben werden. Ein abendlicher Spaziergang an der, für Fahrzeuge gesperrten, Uferpromenade von Imperia nach Diano Marina runden den Tag ab. Viele Grüße von einem zufriedenen Gast

Wünschenswert für Mitteleuropäer wären ein Wasserkocher, eine Kafeemaschine (nicht die für den Espresso) und ein Toaster. Sitzkissen für Stühle . . Pieve di Teco Markt in Oneglia. Danke!

Acqua Parc le caravelle, très interessant pour les familles. Il vaut mieux réserver dans Les bons restaurants en haute saison. A visiter: Cervo, SANREMO, etc... Votre équipe est trrès agréable au téléphone et aussi La famille Cocca. Cordialement.

Natürlich währe ein Objekt mit Pool und abschließbarer Parkmöglichkeit schöner lässt sich hier jedoch platzmäßig nicht realisieren. Der Balkon würde sich teilweise überdachen lassen. Monako (MonteCarlo) ist nur 70 Autobahnkilometer entfernt und einfach ein tolles Tagesausflugsziel. Ja, vielen Dank für alles. Wir haben Ihren Service zum ersten mal genutzt und werden diesen für nächstes Jahr auch wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Tolle Auswahl.
