Verici lies on the upper side of the famous spa of Sestri Levante. From the terrace of the Casa Polcevera 1 you can enjoy the splendid view of the sea over the Baia Del Silenzios and the Baia Del Favoles in peace. The newly built attractive stone house offers ample room for up to four people, and comprises a spacious kitchen / living-room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. A generously sized double bedroom is to be found on the second floor, from where there is another very fine sea view from the window.

Sestri Levante is located between Portofino and Levanto on the Riviera di Levante. This coastal town has two different faces. On one side we see the wonderful house facades with the old portals and small shops as well as the gorgeous bays of “Baia del Silenzio” (Bay of Silence) and “Baia della Favole” (Bay of Fairy-Tales, named in honor of Hans-Christian Andersen).


On the other side Sestri Levante is a major industry and trade center, which gave it economic prosperity in the 19th century which still holds strong today.
