Description
Casa Perelli is located in a small quiet residential area with a shared garden and children\'s playground as well as public car parks in Caramagna, a district of Imperia Porto Maurizio. Because of the convenient location you can walk to the sea, go shopping or out to dine at a fine restaurant, all in just twenty minutes. On Mondays and Thursdays you will find the that popular weekly market takes place in the old town district near the cathedral, which you can also reach comfortably on foot. Additionally, the old town district boasts enjoyable and romantic walks, for instance the Paraiso with its wonderful view of the sea. The holiday apartment offers ample room for up to two people and comprises a comfortable double bedroom, a living room with an American kitchen and a dishwasher, as well as a separate dining area and a bathroom with a shower. You can comfortably enjoy a fine glass of wine with your partner on one of the two splendid terraces in the evening.

Imperia is the fourth largest town in Liguria. It became a municipality in 1923 as a consequence of the union of Oneglia and Porto Maurizio, two towns on the Western Riviera divided by the mouth of the River Impero. The two nuclei remain distinct despite the administrative merger and extensive property development. Porto Maurizio was an ally of Genoa from the thirteenth century onwards, while Oneglia, the natural sea outlet of the Impero Valley, was allied with the House of Savoy from 1576. Oneglia's origins as a town date back to mediaeval times. Worth visiting are Palazzo Doria (now completely transformed), which was the birthplace of Andrea Doria, and the church of San Giovanni Battista. Porto Maurizio, which stands on a promontory, began to develop after 1000 AD: the oldest district is called Parasio. The cathedral and the historic buildings are well worth visiting.

Ein Toaster wäre noch praktisch. Auf keinen Fall in das Restaurant HOBS. Das war ein totaler Fehltritt. Hingegen sind die Restaurants sehr gut, die sich weiter hinten in der Gasse befinden.

Der Ort Cervo ist sehr schön. Und am Hafen in Imperia ist die Spaghetteria "La Piazzetta" sehr zu empfehlen, da sehr gutes Essen und faire Preise. Weiter so!

Das Appartment hat eine gute, moderne Ausstattung. Alle Räume sind schön geräumig und alles ist neu. Shcön ist auch, dass man den Garagenstellplatz nutzen darf. Das Appartment hat eine kleine Terasse die zum Garten des Wohnkomplexes zeigt. Trotz vorhandenem Spielplatz in der Nähe ist es sehr ruhig und man kann schön darußen sitzen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Casa Perelli. Vielen Dank, für die problemlose Abwicklung.

Keine! Ich habe ein sehr schöne und zweckmässige Küche angetroffen. Die Wohnung wahr sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Betten hatten sehr gute Qualität. Sehr geeignet ist ein Fahrrad. Damit entfallen die Parkprobleme am Strand und es hat von San Lorenzo bis über San Remo einen wunderbaren Radweg. Danke für die freundliche Bedienung.

Kaffeemaschine/ Wasserkocher wären gut. Alles andere war top - einschließlich der Sauberkeit. alle Täler der Umgebung mit ihren mittelalterlichen Dörfern, insbesondere die Künstlerdörfer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
