Inside of the ancient Oil Mill the permanent exibition "La civiltà dell'olivo" is prsented by the Antico Frantoio Sommaria. A number of machines, utensils and other objects used in the past centurys are suggestive of the improving of the cultivation of the olive tree and the production of its oil.
